What measuring tools are required to repair the horizontal lathe machine?

The following general measuring tools are needed when repairing the lathe machine: 

1. Check-out bridge plate :  length is 250 mm, Quanity is 1 pcs. It is used for checking the lathe machine guide rail accuracy. 

2. Angle base: length is 200-250 mm, quanity is 1 pcs. It is used for scarpping and checking the lathe machine guide rail. 

3. Angle base: length is 200*250 mm, quanity is 1 pcs. It is used for checking the flatness of lathe machine guide rail. 

4. Spindle Tester: Φ80×1500 mm , quanqity is 1 pcs, used for checking the straightness of lathe guide rail. 

5. Spindle Tester: Φ30×300 mm , quanqity is 1 pcs, used for checking the straightness between the sliding plate carraige and lathe guide rail. 

6. Angle base: length is 200 mm, quanity is 1 pcs. It is used for scarpping and checking the tool carriage guide rail. 

7. Angle base: length is 150 mm, quanity is 1 pcs. It is used for scarpping and checking the tool carriage guide rail. 

8. Spindle Tester: Φ50×300 mm , quanqity is 1 pcs, used for checking the axis of split nut. 

9. Grinding rod, quantity is 1 pcs, used for grinding the tailstock shaft hole. 

10. Spindle Tester: Φ30×190 mm , Φ30×225 mm quanqity is 1 pcs for each kind, used for checking the coaxiality of three supports. 

11. Measuring tool, quantity is 1 set.
