Meanwhile, because the pressure oil suddently is cut off, which also creates high pressure and formed a shock.

  Improve the structure of the control side of inlet and return oil of the directional valve spool, The liquid flow changes gradually during reversing, which can reduce or avoid the formation of impact. The improved method is to make the control edge of the reversing valve spool into a cone Angle of 1.5°~4°, and the cone length is determined according to the length of the sealing edge.
